I look at what’s most likely to move things. That could be fixing something holding the site back, or improving pages that should already be performing. Not everything needs doing, so the focus stays on what matters.

Yes. I keep the number of clients I work with small so I can stay close to the work. You’re not passed between teams or dealing with account managers.
