Horse Riding School Case Study
BRIEF

BRIEF

Meadowbrook Riding School wanted more local enquiries and bookings from search, not just brand searches and word of mouth.

The site had the basics in place, but it did not explain the offer clearly enough, and some technical issues were limiting how well search engines could access key pages.

The priority was to improve local visibility, build trust on the page, and make booking the obvious next step.

I started with keyword research to map out what people actually search for in this space, lessons, beginner sessions, kids’ riding, private tuition, hacks, and local terms tied to nearby towns and villages. From there, I rebuilt key pages so they answered the main questions quickly and showed clear reasons to choose the school.

Trust was a big part of the work. I added E-E-A-T signals through a proper bio section, plus real Google Business Profile reviews placed on the site. I also added an FAQ section to cover common concerns and remove friction before a visitor needs to call. On the technical side, I removed code that was blocking crawlers, then improved internal linking and navigation so important pages were easier to find and better supported.

Finally, I tightened the conversion path. I adjusted the menu, added a “Book now” button in the main navigation, and improved top-level selling points and experience cues on key pages, so visitors could make a decision faster.
